What is the The QUALIA's VHP Generator ( Type I )?
Qualia’s in-house developed VHP (Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide) Generator Type I is designed for two primary disinfection and sterilization scenarios: within equipment interiors and cleanroom environments.
Vaporized hydrogen peroxide sterilization, also known as VHP sterilization, utilizes the superior bactericidal and sporicidal capabilities of hydrogen peroxide in its gaseous state at room temperature. This technology is adept at achieving complete sterilization and is commonly employed for spaces such as isolation rooms, isolators, transfer hatches, bag-in bag-out systems, and GMP workshop space sterilization.
Different Types of The QUALIA's VHP Generator ( Type I )
Type of VHP Generator | Description | Sterilization Space Range |
Large Space Sterilization | Stationary Model | Connected to HVAC systems (100m³ – 2000m³) |
Portable Model | ||
Small Space Sterilization | Portable Model with external disinfection port to the room | Outdoors (0-100m³) |
Place inside the room | Indoors (0-100m³) | |
Equipment Sterilization | For use with bio-safty pass box, isolators, BIBO, Freeze dryer etc | 0-20m³ |
Robotic Sterilization | Sterilize according to any planned route | Up to 250m³ |
Product Features
- Advanced Vaporization: Utilizes a fully vaporized approach for generating hydrogen peroxide.
- Efficient Sterilization Time: Reduces normal sterilization time by 30% to 50% compared to standard products.
- No Condensation Issues: Sterilization process does not cause condensation or frosting.
- Adjustable Parameters: Liquid supply, time, and concentration parameters can be modified according to operational conditions.
- Customizable Design: Offers tailored solutions to ensure uniform concentration levels across sterilization spaces.
- Encapsulated Design: The equipment’s fully enclosed build prevents hidden corners, facilitating easy cleaning and reducing cross-contamination during use.
- High-Level Automation: Features one-click sterilization, eliminating the need for personnel monitoring.
- Custom Formulations: Allows for the design of unique formulas based on actual usage; a single device can handle multiple solutions, enabling easy switching for sterilization.
- Optimized Vaporization Module: Designed without dead zones to guarantee complete vaporization of the disinfectant, avoiding any gas-liquid coexistence.
QUALIA's VHP Generator (Type I) Dry Vapor Process
- Dehumidification: Employs an integrated desiccant system to strip moisture from the room, a critical step to ensure a truly dry biodecontamination process.
- Conditioning: The generator swiftly injects and converts the substance into a dry vapor, rapidly elevating hydrogen peroxide levels to effective concentrations.
- Biodecontamination: Maintains vaporized hydrogen peroxide concentration at the target level to effectively eliminate microbes throughout the space.
- Aeration: The generator ceases vapor injection and expedites the breakdown of vapor into environmentally safe components such as water vapor and oxygen.
- Ventilation: Continues until hydrogen peroxide is reduced to acceptable levels and the room is safe for regular occupancy.
